Apply for GeoSpace group 4
Applications are now open for the 4th Iceland GeoSpace Training Program in Húsavík, taking place on November 14 and 15, 2025.
The program offers free admission for selected participants through the Beverly Turner Lynds Memorial Scholarship for Young Women in STEM as well as a 30% discount on accommodation at partner hotels in Húsavík.
To apply, please submit the following by email:
- Your contact information and academic or professional background.
- Short essay (250–450 words) describing your passion for space and exploration. In your essay, tell us what inspires you about human exploration, how you have pursued this interest so far, and how taking part in the Iceland GeoSpace program could help you reach your goals.

Selected applicants will be notified by email. The program welcomes students, early-career researchers, aspiring astronauts, and all those with a strong passion for exploration.
